“I have never complained about any Publix, however when I was grocery shopping at the Dahlonega Publix, I stopped at the seafood counter for 2 salmon filets that was on sale. The lady behind the counter had her back to me washing pans in the sink. I said excuse me, but she never turned around. I thought well maybe she didn't hear me, so I thought I will catch her again when I finish my shopping. I came back around to the counter and again she never acknowledged that I was standing there. She continued seasoning the seafood and never looked up. I know she seen me but did not acknowledge that I was standing there right in front of her. I know she wasn't blind, but certainly blind to customer service. I have never seen any Publix employees trat a paying customer this way, other than the woman who was behind the counter at 0830 on a Monday Night, in Dec 07. 2025”
