“Ingles is one of my favorite stores to shop at. Well organized and friendly staff... but today I was saddened. As my husband and I were in the produce section, we watched as a dark haired older lady in an Ingles uniform, clearly a manager, walked around with her right hand down the back of her pants, then commenced to walk around and touch several serving spoons in the olive bar and hot bar with the very same hand. Turned my stomach a bit. Love the store but come on.”
“Renu at Kroger Customer Service was absolutely amazing! She was incredibly kind, patient, helpful, and made sure everything was taken care of from start to finish. You can tell she truly cares about the customers she helps, and her positive attitude made the entire experience so much better. Great customer service can be hard to find, and Renu definitely deserves recognition for going above and beyond. Kroger is lucky to have her!”
