“I just purchased an older Porsche Cayenne with heavy miles and had to drive five hours to get the vehicle. The original conversation I had about the vehicle was a bit over the top as for as the details go and this dealership has a pretty rough reputation. So it concerned me and I started doing g some extra checks once I got home with the car. ChatGPT led me down a rabbit hole that was entirely wrong and I brought it to the owners attention fearing I’d been sold a different model than represented. But the owner stuck with me. Listened to my complaints and triple checked every source they could find. I’m the end Chat GPT was way off and I was a bit embarrassed. I give them a 4 star instead of a 5 because the description up front could have been more accurate. But the service at the dealer was good the day of and quick and helpful. And the person I spoke to today was polite though the whole thing. Do your due diligence but give these guys a chance. They feed a few families out of this little car lot and they are trying g to fix their reputation and wind people back. Thanks again for your help and equal concern when I was on the wrong path. I may be tempted to drive five hours again some day.”
