“The hard working men at Dallas Tire took extra precautions with great talent and a lot of confidence and experience to deal with a sixty year old racing wheel made of magnesium which was very fragile and extremely rare. They were able to break the tire off of it and replace it with a new tire and inner tube. If they failed then we would have had a major problem finding a way to replace it. Personally if I had a tire shop I would have sent someone on their way with such a challenge. My family is most thankful for the Dallas Tire for the perfect job. We are impressed . “My husband took our 2017 Acura in because the car was vibrating when going over 55 mph. A different Mavis told us it would be $500 for new tire rods, we called back to confirm and then they quoted us $350. We also waited at the other Mavis for about 2 hours and nobody had touched the car or even moved it from the parking lot.
SO, we decided to take the car to this Mavis and when I tell you they excelled!! Turns out, we didn’t need new tire rods. They rebalanced the tires (something the other Mavis charged us for but apparently didn’t do right) and now the car drives like normal!! We are so grateful we decided to go to this location and will continue to come back.”

Repair was professionally done and they did a great job of communicating with me and keeping me in the loop of how the repair was progressing. Cost of repair was also reasonable and fair . Zach, the general manager, reached out and apologized for how the situation evolved. We were able to come to an agreement on how to move forward. I really appreciate him reaching out and giving us a chance to work this out. I am completely satisfied with my experience at Chloe’s.
Hopefully we won’t need to see Zach for a while, but if my car needs anything, I know I can rely on him and the team to get it done confidently!

I wanted to support a local business in Paulding County, so I brought my vehicle to Chloe's to fix an engine rattle that only occurred when the AC was running. They diagnosed it as a bad engine mount, and I paid $700 for the replacement.
When I drove off, the rattling was significantly worse than when I arrived. When I called back, instead of standing by their diagnostic, they threw out a list of other potential issues totaling another $1,400. On top of that, they quoted separate work with a 25% markup over standard retail parts pricing.
Frustrated, I took the car to another repair shop for a second opinion. They claimed that Chloe's had installed a low-grade aftermarket engine mount, which caused the increased vibration. The new shop replaced it with an OEM part for $650, and the rattle was completely gone.
I essentially threw away $700 at Chloe's for a botched repair. The only reason this is a 2-star review instead of 1 is that the front-desk customer service was pleasant, but the mechanical competence and diagnostic accuracy were completely lacking.”

“I had my vehicle towed here from auto nation honda due to them having my vehicle to fix what appeared to be an electrical issue from my trailer hitch wiring harness. The stealership as I like to call them was gonna charge me triple what TCB did to eliminate the problem and had my vehicle for over a week and would not communicate. Patrick at TCB might have had my vehicle 2 hours before he was in contact with me to come and pick it up because the repairs were complete.
