My sales guy was very nice. HOWEVER, I told him the design I wanted and he told me to order 15% more to make sure we had enough for the design. Got the flooring only to find out that you cannot do the design we wanted with that flooring at all. We purchased 15% extra for something we cannot do. Then we called the sales guy and he told us that there would be a restocking fee if we returned any flooring. Terrible service and it's the worst to have a sales person who actually doesn't know what they're doing. Really disappointing!

I was looking for Neptune Max XL Starboard LVP to replace a section of the flooring we have at the house and contacted American Carpet Wholesale. Mike at the Sales department was super helpful and I will definitely contact Mike again and recommend him to anyone who is looking to do business with American Carpet. The materials that I was looking for were generally out of stock, Mike was able to find 10 boxes for me from a warehouse in St. Louis. I appreciate his helpfulness and patience with me.

American Carpet Wholesalers provided excellent customer service when needed for floor tiles that did not hold up well. They kept me up to date with the process and followed-up with the manufacturer. The results were fair and just. I would recommend working with them in the future. Many firms can sell product, it is the service afterwards that makes the real difference.

We have purchased here before (over 5 years ago) and when we went looking for flooring again (this time LVP), we found them to be the cheapest we could find again. They were very easy to work with. Pricing came quick. Ordering was easy. The only hiccup was they said our order might arrive to their warehouse in 2 to 4 days, but it took about 5. Not a crisis as we were able to go the following weekend and I thought 5 days was still great. 2 to 4 would have been outstanding, but 5 was still more than good. The best thing was the warehouse gentlemen that was there to load our order called and asked what we were in and we told him a pickup. We didn't tell him we had a cover, but he wrapped the pallet VERY well for the ride home as it was raining that day. We didn't ask him to do it, he just did it! Great experience and will check with them again next time we need flooring.

Very honest and fair. They worked hard to make sure we were satisfied and kept us informed about everything. Definitely recommend. I wish they were closer so shipping wasn't a challenge! Ask for Regina for sales and Amber for customer help. Both are excellent at their customer service and communication.

One Star for good pricing. Zero stars for customer service. I have never experienced ruder people in my life. One old man sounds like he should have retired from customer service 25 years ago. The other lady is so short and rude when making any enquires or even making large payments. Disappointing.

Purchased flooring and followed up with them by email to let them know that all delivered boxes except one had no visual damage (which is good). I also pointed out in the original email that I was able to use the piece from the damaged box. I also asked about trim I ordered being an end piece and not t-mold as requested. I got a email shouting back in all caps that the trim they sent was all they had. I did not respond. Then i got a email from a claims rep saying I was trying to file a claim. I never said I needed to file a claim. The claims rep asked for pictures of damage for proof. I sent what I had of the damaged box, some chipped flooring and commented about the salesman's unprofessional email. The claims person responded that i need to send more pics if I find anymore damage. Today i get a email "We have not heard back from you regarding your claim.If we do not receive word regarding the additional pieces of material in 7 days we will close the claim without notice."So I didn't want to file a claim. You insisted I file a claim. I provided you pictures and notes of what I had for your claim as requested. Instead of proceeding with the information you had, you threaten to close the claim? You went from "Please let me know if you have additional material with chips on the top" to closing the claim with known damage because I haven't sent information about additional materials with damage? This place is a joke.

as i did the research for new linoleum for my kitchen update, i was very limited in selection being from a small community. after selecting a pattern i liked, i decided to check about the quality of the product i was considering. wow. was i ever surprised to have stumbled on the american carpet wholesaler’s website!! the price went from retail $4.47 per square yard to $2.02 per square yard. it seemed unbelievable but after talking further to ben upshaw, one of the company’s very professional sales reps, about the product; i ordered it. ben was attentive and easy to reach over every step of the process from purchase to delivery. this is a very professional company to work with and they deliver the kind of customer service which is rare in this day and age.

My wife and I went around doing our research on flooring. We found the product we liked and needed. We're in the Chicago suburbs and learned it's alot cheaper to buy the flooring your wanting and then find a trustworthy installer. We're a quarter of the way thru the process. We got ahold of American Carpet in Georgia and a lady named Regina has been helping us. What a great experience it's been working with her. This salesperson does an outstanding job of helping you get the right product and going thru the process of ordering and arranging shipment. Very friendly and knowledgeable and professional individual A+++ to this company for having a person like this on their team.

This company locks their showroom from their customers who don’t have appointments. The only way to come buy something is if you call ahead and schedule a time to come look around. It’s this type of foolishness that is keeping people from coming to work. If every other company is open for business, why would a floor showroom that’s pretty much ALWAYS dead keep their doors locked to potential buyers??

I purchase a Stanton rug from this company in April. It started out looking great but slowly got worse. 5 bags full of fiber over 5 months and the binding continues to come apart. I paid $3000 for this rug. They sent an inspector over time, we couldn't coordinate a day but it finally worked out. Now, I've worked in design, sold carpet so I knew the inspector wouldn't go my way. Blamed 2 German Shepherds. I feel like that is ignorance and very low on his part and silly to say the least. I also find it Prejudice that WH carpet would even talk about my shepherds. The inspector failed to say how beautiful and well kept my house is. Nonetheless, I asked for a refund of $1500 and I heard crickets. Do not buy from these people. Once you buy it's over. Stay local always!!! Do not trust WHC to talk care of its customer. If I recall, when I was working, the customer is always right!

OMG so great!!! Love, Love, Love the flooring. We contacted ACW several times while we were choosing our luxury vinyl planking. The staff was so helpful. We were worried about having pallets of planking shipped but it was packed so well there were no issues. We went with TruCor by Dixie Home and the quality is so good. Our installer said it was some of the best he has worked with.
