“My company used to use this bank as their bank dealt with Truist for years.Then, moving money around accounts to get me to overdraft.And i'm a very conscious minded person I fought with them, fought with them when I signed up, there was free overdraft protection.Then, three years later, they wanted you to sign up for this, and sign up for that.And sign up for the other just to get the overdraft protection.It was a horrible, horrible experience at Truist.So far regions has been amazing.The only problem i've had is with getting in the app.Having to have a one time code.”

“BB&T is a great bank. My only complaint is the drive thru at the main office on Waugh St is ALWAYS SO SLOW. The other branches are always way faster. Not sure what their problem is there. Whether it’s staff or system, still needs to be fixed.”
