Hours: FirstBank has made a lot of positive changes that desperately needed to be addressed, and compared to most banks, it is better. The staff is always nice and helpful, regardless of the location. However, several issues need attention. A primary concern is the condition of their ATMs and the lack of ATMs. Customers report machines frequently out of service, with one noting the ATM close to their house is out of service half the time. Another had to go to another city because the local ATMs did not work. There is also a significant need for a 24/7 number for urgent issues, such as if a card is mistakenly turned off while traveling. Currently, there is no number to call outside of business hours, leaving customers unable to resolve urgent problems until the work week begins. This lack of urgent support has led some customers to move their money to other services. The bank is liked, but resolving the ATM issues and providing 24/7 contact would address critical customer needs.
