Generally I have great service here but today the line was long and only one teller in the lobby. It took way too long to make one small transaction. I hope this doesn't continue here as a normal practice. I think I ended up waiting in line for 15-20 minutes this time and by the time I left the line behind me was growing

Truist has been my bank since 1976 (4 name changes). Bill Davies and his team are great.
