I didn’t purchase the chair while I was there. I called him a few days later, and told him I wanted to purchase one of the chairs we talked about. It was almost 5pm when I called. He offered to deliver it himself that very same day I called. I was shocked. He arrived promptly, at my doorstep, and set it up. He’s won our business. Hank is a respectable, courteous young man that focuses on pleasing his customers. You should drive the extra miles to visit his store. You won’t be disappointed, once you meet Hank Carmical.”
