Bates was extremely pleasant to work with and very helpful in finding the exact furniture we wanted. We were looking for a specific brand of furniture (Homestretch) and a specific style of couch and recliner. We had called and even visited a few stores in the Chattanooga area and none of them had the newer zero gravity line. One store told us it wasn’t out yet, another told us it was discontinued! We called Bates and they knew exactly what we were talking about, said it was a popular line, and that they’d have some in the showroom the following week. They called us when it came in and we headed down. Our sales person was very pleasant to work with through the whole process. Got a great deal too as they honored a discount my wife had made over the phone for Black Friday. I’ll definitely be coming back when we’re ready to buy more.”
“4 generations. I met Hank here on a Sunday by appointment only. After visiting the Lazy-Boy home store in Kennesaw GA, it was suggested to me that we should make a drive to Dalton. I called Hank on Saturday and made a sweet cash sale of exactly what we wanted as they had two matching rocker recliners on their floor that we were looking to buy. Hank met us on Sunday to open up the store so we could take delivery in exchange for my cash. I will definitely be buying from this place again. “So my wife and I went furniture shopping today and we stumbled across Electic 79 furniture. Walked in and was immediately greeted by Juan. He showed us around and asked what we were looking for and helped us pick out a beautiful sectional that fit exactly what we were wanting! He was not pushy he was super helpful and very nice! We felt good about our purchase after leaving their establishment. “After having an absolute nightmare of an experience with Ashley Furniture (one that is still costing me over 500$ for furniture I returned because it was incomplete and damaged upon delivery)
I was apprehensive about going into another furniture store to find another bedroom set.
