I didn’t purchase the chair while I was there. I called him a few days later, and told him I wanted to purchase one of the chairs we talked about. It was almost 5pm when I called. He offered to deliver it himself that very same day I called. I was shocked. He arrived promptly, at my doorstep, and set it up. He’s won our business. “Entire experience with this business was excellent! The showroom is beautiful. There are so many different styles to choose from that no matter what you are looking for you’ll find it here. Our salesman was thoughtful, patient, and incredibly helpful. He even took time to go through the kiosk with us to look at other items that were not on the floor to assist with our decision making. The purchasing and delivery setup was quick and simple. We had our furniture delivered to our home the following week.
