“Bought a Toyota Tacoma from here the other day. He was very friendly and helpful. The truck was clean and ran smoothly. It did not look like there had been anything done to cover up or mask problems or odors.The day after we bought the truck, it would not start. I called them up, and he was willing to fix it even though, technically, there was no warranty. The fact that he was willing to fix it meant a lot to me. He did not try to get out of it or blame me for it happening. He just said they will take care of it. Integrity like that is getting harder to find. Turns out the spare key was the problem, it had not properly coded to the truck and wasn't disengaging the immobilizer. Carpet Capital Autos said bring it by and they would get the key fixed at no charge.”

“This is a very great place to buy a car from I was one of the first costumers to buy a car here my first car to buy was a 2011 Ford taurus never did I have a problem with the car always ran like a champ I also got my family to buy some like new cars here and never did we have a problem now my wife has bought a 2011 Ford taurus its an awesome car runs and drives great we did have small mechanical problems at first but Ponce auto help me get it running like a champ very great people to work with they are always willing to work with anyone by experience.
