Went in today to get a screen protector for my new phone (ordered by phone). Caleb immediately came over and pleasantly greeted me. Very pleasant man. I explained what I needed and he went to get the screen protector while I looked for a case but was having no luck. When Caleb came back he helped and quite randomly picked up the perfect red case. I asked him questions about each item and he explained it all to me. I asked price of each, perfect. I had been looking at Verizon site for these items and there were several types for my phone ($59.99 most expensive). Caleb brought out a more affordable one. I asked about the different ones I saw online and how they work, what makes each one more expensive which he explained completely. It amazes me at the many different facets which each item offers. Most sales associates won’t take the time and would get exasperated but not Caleb. Perfect to the completion of my purchase and questions.

Minus 5 stars if possible !! After repeatedly telling our sales associate that we did NOT want nor could not afford cellphone cases he proceeded to convince us that he could discount the cases to $10 each . I asked him twice . 10 each, not 10 off ,correct ? He assured us $10 each. It never occurred to us to walk around the desk and verify everything before paying. Got home and looked at the print out and he had charged us $59 and $39 for the cases ! He outright lied to us.

HENRIETTA!!!!!! she was exceptional! i had such an amazing experience, and she actually saved us so much money!! i would highly recommend asking first for her and not doing ANYTHING until you can have her help you! (special side note thank you to christopher for introducing us to henrietta)

Said it was opened but door was locked. Someone did come and open it but supposedly they open at 9 and it was close to 10 when we arrived. The clerk was not very knowledgeable and we didn't get our problem resolved.

Quick and courteous service. Answered all my questions that I had and left there feeling good about my purchases. No hidden surprises. In my opinion good store and people to deal with. Thankyou to the employees of Verizon east walnut location.
