Samuel was very good and very patient. He knows his job very well. I will ask for Samuel when I visit his store. He is so nice. Kevin also helped me through a problem i was having after I bought the phone. I was really upset but Kevin fixed the problem that I caused. He was also patient with me. Nice people at Verizon.
