“This was my first experience with Pak Mail, and they absolutely exceeded my expectations! I had a package that was mistakenly delivered to me and needed to be shipped back, but the shipping cost was going to be more than the item was worth. Instead of simply charging me the higher price, they took the time to help me find a better solution by repackaging it into a smaller envelope, which significantly reduced the cost.
What impressed me most was their willingness to go above and beyond to help. Jerry and Judi were incredibly kind, patient, and thoughtful, and they genuinely cared about finding the best option for me. It’s rare to find that level of customer service these days.
