“On 18 Aug, I visited the UPS Store located at 505 Lakeland Plaza, Cumming GA to get fingerprinted. Luckily, Sandy took the time to assist me with the process as two of my fingers would not produce acceptable prints. Only through Sandy's technical expertise, superb customer care and being the fantastic employee that she is was I able to complete the process.
