Rack Room Shoes is a trusted footwear retailer offering quality shoes for men, women, and children at value prices. It provides a wide variety of nationally recognized and exclusive brands in athletic, comfort, dress, and casual styles. The store is noted for having a large variety of shoes and sizes, including larger women's shoes in-stock. It is great for deals like the occasional buy one get one sale. However, the store is often very busy and can be a mess, with shoes and boxes left all over the floor, making it hard to maneuver. This is especially true during back-to-school season. While service experiences can vary, the company is known to make things right for customers.

I always have a fantastic time when I shop at this specific location, the associates are always very kind and helpful. The store manager is also very very insightful and helpful and seems like he knows a lot about different types of shoes and which ones are the best.
