I did not receive not one update on my vehicle while being repaired. The lady behind the counter is very rude and noisy. The only call I received when it was available to be picked up The work was immaculate.

I tried to WARN people, but I guess they don't believe the reviews.
I'm only going to say it once. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!!! DO NOT COME HERE. I promise this was the worst car repair I've ever had. They made messed up things that weren't broke. They didn't complete repairs. I now have water leaking in my tail light and trunk when they weren't even damaged. The paint job was HORRIBLE and yes I followed after repair instructions. My window sounds like wind is going through it and my window shakes now. Listen I could go on and on. Moral of the story. The customer service and repairs are AWFUL. I honestly hate myself for sticking with this place. My car was badly treated while in their care. I definitely will be reporting to BBB. How do you damage something or not complete a job thoroughly. I also will be reporting to GEICO. I'm sure no one never goes past this review but I'm definitely taking time out to do so. Don't come here.

Did not properly repair my car having a mechanic check it today. We'll get back to you, everyone, and we'll update results.....
Sadly enough, I did not get any help with the problems. Except to submit to them a receipt to insurance. I do not recommend this shop for getting body repair.
2/3- today they tried to pay me only part of a payment from the insurance company.

If I could give 0 stars I would.
This shop does not set realistic expectations for repairs. They originally told me my car would probably be ready in about two weeks maybe three. Only after they’ve had my car for well over a month are they telling me “oh well with Subaru the repairs can take a long time they’re notoriously difficult cars to repair.”
Just say that from the get go so I can have realistic expectations.
And they keep delaying when my car will be ready and I just found out they ordered the wrong part so now my car is delayed yet again. And no, they don’t call you when they find out your car is being delayed again, you have to call them and then they sound annoyed that you’re even asking.
And why bother giving them a cell phone number when you handover your car at the beginning cause they’re not gonna use that number to call you if they call at all, even though you purposely put that number because that’s the best number to reach you.
I’m now past the 30 days of when my car rental will be covered by my insurance and I am now paying out-of-pocket and have to keep telling the rental company. I have no idea when my car is gonna be ready.
If your insurance is suggesting to you to come here, ask for another option.
If I didn’t set realistic expectations for my job and I just didn’t contact people with updates, I would be fired .

Just avoid, go anywhere else. Auto Impact took a very long time for a simple repair, did not order the parts needed, & missed needed repairs. As if that wasn’t enough, they also decided to glue the headlight washers shut instead of fixing them properly. Granted it’s a largely useless feature but God only knows what else they broke & decided to cover up.

5 trips to this place and my issue is still not fixed. I gave up on this place and I’m stuck trying to get Progressive to approve a different place (good luck). They’ve replaced the driver’s door of my vehicle and after multiple attempts to get this fixed (hissing winds entering thru the door) no luck. The service is horrible. Please do NOT agree with your insurance into taking your vehicle to this place. I wish I would have read other reviews prior to taking it here.

DO NOT GET YOUR CAR REPAIRED HERE and do not allow your insurance company to send your car to be repaired here. Progressive sent my VW to this location to get my gas tank replaced. After the first failed repair, the smell of gasoline was seeping through into the cabin. After 4 attempts to fix the problem they told me I wasn’t screwing my gas cap on tight enough. Over 60 days and 5 tows later - I had to tow my car to a certified VW place so they could actually fix the problem. This is from the repair sheet from the VW place: “Recommend replacing fuel pump. We also found white breather hose that had been cut and glued back together. Found hose leaking.” This was after FOUR attempts to fix the issue. Absolutely unacceptable.

I don't normally do reviews but the way my car was handled after being in a multi-car wreck made me take time to do so. Isaiah (sp?) had my car looking as good as new and even returned the rental for me which I appreciate since I'm very busy.

The job is easy but they are they have high levels of favoritism for one individual. They know that individual is problematic but would not address the issue esp. when a person calls you out your name in front of customers.They're rather let you go as a new hire than to fix the problem. People have come in with one issue and leave with a problem that they never came in with! Be cautious on those who work on your car. They have a lot Islanders waking on your cars.

Miss Kimberly at the front desk gets a 6 out of 5, so helpful the entire process!!!I give the rest of the experience a 2 at best. Elmer was my contact. He called me once the first two weeks my vehicle was in repair. I called myself after not hearing back for over a week. Thanks to my Geico adjuster for assisting with this also as she was super helpful.Also, they don’t do a walk through of your vehicle once it’s done. You would think when you’ve had someone’s vehicle for over a month you would do a walk-through with them just to show them what exactly was completed and make certain all is set. I’m my instance, I noticed once I arrived home that the rims they used to replace my back tires were not the same as the ones in the front, which were the originals of the vehicle. Had a walk-through been conducted this likely could’ve been avoided. Another shout out to Miss Kimberly who brought the team out so they could see the difference. ??I’d advise more customer contact and a walk-through moving forward.

They are Always very good and through with their repairs. I also like the fact that Enterprise is able to get your rental to you at the location. If you are in need of some repairs to your vehicle, I highly recommend this location.

Complete scam. They slapped on old parts they claimed were new, panels not lining up, paint bubbling up month after the repairs... messed up so badly that the insurance had to send me to another shop to re-do everything. And let's not mention they actually charged me extra for centering the headlight after I paid them out of pocket to install new one (as if centering it is not a part of installation). Not only that they didn't actually center the light but never reimbursed me for it either. That place should be shut down before more people fall victims to their shady practices.
