Went in and there were 3 tellers, 2 of which were doing nothing and no other customers were in there. I asked to add someone to my account and they acted like it was an act of congress. Then told me to have a seat and they all disappeared into the back. I eventually left. Terrible service.

Every other day the drive through ATM is inoperable. You can't get in to use the other ATM because the device you use your card to open the door does not work. The ATM machine needs to be replaced. I should not have to travel out of my way at least once a week to use another branches ATM.
