The reason for the 4 stars is they do not have a ATM inside the area where the tellers as fo not like using the ones outside and they has one in the outer area after putting in my information in then the machine tells me is can't dispenser ANY Cash why couldn't they put a sign on it or program it to say that it can't spit out cash before I put in my information especially in times like this where people put that machine in the ATM to steal people money.”

“I went to this branch in Decatur, GA yesterday to take care of some minor banking business, and the employees were friendly and knowledgeable, and they took care of me with no friction. It reminded me of the good old days. Yes, of course, I had to present my identification, which I am glad, because they did not personally know me, but they did not make me feel like an alien like some banks do. All in, I considered it a very positive experience and I plan to contact this Branch the next time I need a loan or other banking product or service.”

“I've been to this bank a ton, and I've had nothing but good experiences with the employees. I feel that this particular location attracts grumpy and even irate customers. I don't know why. It's really weird. I've been to many other Truist locations, this is by far the best in terms of customer service, but the worst in terms of other customers. There was almost a physical altercation once. It was crazy.”

Shame on me for not knowing her name! She is pregnant if that helps decipher who I am praising. Each interaction with her has been wonderful. He answered all of my questions and he was very polite. The funny thing about the whole experience is that I found out that he was the branch manager at the end of our interaction. “So far my experience here has been good. The employees have been helpful and very nice, easy to work with. I have had 0 issues when I have gone inside the bank and received help. Lastly, I have not had to wait very long either when waiting for a teller to assist me. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars was because the ATM was not working properly and would freeze up. This is not the first time I've had an issue with an atm at one of their locations. I told the teller inside it was not working and she seemed like she didn't care as my concern was ignoredI hope they fix it soon as this location is the closest branch to me.”
