“I've been to this bank a ton, and I've had nothing but good experiences with the employees. I feel that this particular location attracts grumpy and even irate customers. I don't know why. It's really weird. I've been to many other Truist locations, this is by far the best in terms of customer service, but the worst in terms of other customers. There was almost a physical altercation once. It was crazy.”

“I give this branch a 5 Star. First, the staff is exceptional, customer service is the best I have seen or used from any bank. The challenges facing businesses today are complex and running your own business requires due diligence and the staff here has stepped up every time and helped me through it. They are top notch people, so I recommend all my family and friends to open an account with this branch and tell them Chris sent you… thank you so much.”

2079 South Hairston Road, Stes F And G, Decatur GA 30035
“Nice clean bank with very nice workers. The reason for the 4 stars is they do not have a ATM inside the area where the tellers as fo not like using the ones outside and they has one in the outer area after putting in my information in then the machine tells me is can't dispenser ANY Cash why couldn't they put a sign on it or program it to say that it can't spit out cash before I put in my information especially in times like this where people put that machine in the ATM to steal people money.”

“Visited this branch and was greeted by Yasiah J. He was welcoming and knowledgeable of what I needed. I just moved from Ohio to Atlanta and he was the first one since moving here to give me excellent customer service. I am going to send en email to corporate to let them know. I watched him handle a difficult customer with poise and kindness. He was so professional. I hope he does not leave this branch he was the only one there that looked professional and cared. The females in there were in the corner discussing man problems and left him with a line. I will be back to this branch. Thank you PNC!!”

“I have been a BOA customer for decades. Over the past year, I have had to actually come inside the bank for various in-person related needs. Every time, a lovely woman has helped me. Shame on me for not knowing her name! She is pregnant if that helps decipher who I am praising. Each interaction with her has been wonderful. She is most kind, warm, efficient, & pleasant to interact with. Next time I have to go inside for help, I will most definitely learn & remember this kind soul's name! Kudos to her for always being consistent & going above & beyond! Bravo BOA in Decatur! We are a small community, but mighty!”

“So far my experience here has been good. The employees have been helpful and very nice, easy to work with. I have had 0 issues when I have gone inside the bank and received help. Lastly, I have not had to wait very long either when waiting for a teller to assist me. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars was because the ATM was not working properly and would freeze up. This is not the first time I've had an issue with an atm at one of their locations. I told the teller inside it was not working and she seemed like she didn't care as my concern was ignoredI hope they fix it soon as this location is the closest branch to me.”
