This place is great if you need self-storage in or near Decatur. The facility is easy to access, the staff is incredibly helpful and friendly, and the rates are reasonable. They have tons of climate-controlled storage, all on one floor, so no elevators!

It might be a great unit, but I'll never know. I called twice and submitted an online inquiry twice; it's been over a week and still no call. I went with Public Storage instead and it took all but 5 minutes to get a unit online.

I’ve rented here on 3 separate occasions. It’s a top notch operation, the building is always so clean and the owners and managers are so friendly and informative.
