“Mrs. Catherine was absolutely the best! I arrived with two online reservations for different-sized units because I wasn't completely sure how much space I would need. Since cost was an important factor, I wanted to make sure I chose the right unit without paying for more space than necessary. Mrs. Catherine immediately offered a third option that was more cost-effective and took the time to show me 3D visualizations of all the units in the office. Even after viewing the images and thinking I had made my decision, she went the extra mile by offering to personally showing me all three units in person so I could make the most informed choice and ensure my storage needs were fully met. What impressed me most was her kindness and attitude. I was having an extremely stressful, upsetting, and difficult day, but her upbeat personality, positive energy, and genuine willingness to help completely turned my day around. As a retail manager myself, I can confidently say that Mrs. Catherine is one of those “old-school” employees who is critically needed to any business. Her dedication to customer service, attention to detail, and sincere care for her customers are rare qualities that make a lasting impression. She is truly an asset to this Public Storage location and to the company!”

“The peocess was so easy and the lady that helped me was so helpful. She understood that I mistakenly got an outside unit online but needed an inside unit. And they had one available and even though it was a little bit more, it wasnt too much more than the price I was quoted online. Then i had to call to find my unit and Alex talked me right through how to get to it and assured me that it was safe because I was afraid to go in by myself. He even offered to come out onto the property with me but I declined after his reassurance. I definitely think they are great.”

“Good place for storage. The pricing will go up after you've been there a while, so be prepared to pay more later. Still cheapest option. It's a little inconvenient to enter your code every time you enter and leave but at least it's fairly secure. Sometimes can be hard to find the moving carts. The gate broke once, fortunately was fixed soon after. All in all, it's worth it to store here.”
