Poor customer service!!! I received a arrangement as a Christmas Gift from my daughter who lives out of state. The delivery was excellent! But, when I attempted to redeem a coupon that was part of the gift Edible Arrangement would not honor my coupon because my cellphone could not scan the QR code. What a bummer!!!
