Extremely disappointing experience. I ordered chocolate covered strawberries more than a week in advance for Valentine’s Day to be delivered. NOTHING EVER CAME. I have called at least 5 times, left more than one voicemail. No call back. I will never order from this store again. I'd give negative stars if I could.

Made an order for valentine day for my wife that works within 5 minutes of there location. They didn’t deliver the items to my wife at work so now it makes me look like a terrible husband. If you call the number all you hear is that you can count on them!! That is down right not true!!! I will never use or tell anyone about edibles! Such terrible service.Beau Frazier.

I am livid. My boyfriend ordered me a surprise fruit bouquet from her for Valentines Fay yesterday 2/14/24 and it never arrived. It still didn’t arrive today either even though it’s not the same getting it after the fact. We both have been calling to get out money back and none is answering the phone. How convenient. This is horrible customer service. I suggest no one order from this location. When u look at the website and check status it says order received on Feb 13,2024 and nothing else was done. How disappointing.

Customer service is ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!! My Valentine's Day order never delivered, I can't get anyone on the phone, no response to voicemail or emails. I’ve even called corporate, no answers. I placed a Valentine's Day order on 2/6 for delivery on 2/14. The order tracker never updated beyond the store receiving the order. They never sent updates regarding a late delivery or anything. I’ve tried calling multiple times and was on hold long for so long, it just brings you to automatic voicemail. It doesn’t even ring. I left several voicemails and I’ve Never received a call back. its the next day and I’ve called the store multiple times when the store opened, throughout the day and still nobody answers the phone or responds to my emails. I placed an order two weeks ago and it's disappointing the item I paid for wasn't even made or delivered and they can’t even contact me to let me know.

I ordered for this to be delivered to my PREGNANT wife on Valentine's Day. Ordered days in advance. Nothing has been made, no customer service, nothing. The phone system doesn't connect to anyone. I already asked for my money back but apparently that needs to be reviewed? Absolutely terrible. Thanks for ruining Valentine's Day.

I’ve purchased a bouquet in February 8th to be delivered yesterday, February 14th. I received no correspondence, neither did the recipient and have now called 4 times to be in contact with an automated message every time. I have yet to speak with another person. I have yet to receive a notification that the order was finished at all (according to the order tracker). This is unacceptable- and is still unsolved.

Never received a call back. Attempted calling the next morning when the store opened, still nobody answers the phone.I understand Valentine’s Day is probably one of their busiest days of the year. But I placed the order two weeks ago and it’s disappointing the gift I paid for wasn’t even apparently made, let alone delivered.

I’m not happy with my recent experience. I went to purchase a cone of chocolate dipped strawberries to-go, and the cashier said the card machine was down and had to manually put down my credit card details and address (?). The store associate did not take out the cone in the fridge display and only put 5 strawberries in my cone, it was only half the cup! I feel like I have been ripped off and I’m disappointed because I had better experiences at this location.

The Staff is knowledgeable. They knew exactly what I wanted to order when I didn't even know. & they had it delivered on the same day!! Will definitely be ordering from them again.

Since New Management I've been able to order a wide variety of products that wasn't available before.. & the cones are a great way to get a taste of any other fruit that's normally not in an arrangement unless added.?
