Just received a delivery from them today and it was hot to the touch, chocolate running down the bag. I understand it’s July and Georgia, but maybe they need to invest in ice packs to go with delivery orders. It was also directly delivered to me so it did not sit out at all.

DO NOT order from this place—it's a total scam! I placed two separate orders on February 12 for Valentine’s Day delivery and tried to contact them over ten times to check on the status. I received no responses to my emails or phone calls, and my voice messages went unanswered as well.
Then, at 10:30 PM on Feb 14, I get a notification that my order had just been delivered. Seriously? At 10:30 PM, they left it sitting on the porch! The intended recipient wasn't home, and the driver didn’t even bother to ring the doorbell. To top it off, only one item was delivered, and it had melted and spoiled from sitting on the truck all day.
I reached out via email, insisting that someone from this location call me because I want my money back. Naturally, they promised someone would contact me, but I’m still waiting for a response. I've disputed the charges with my bank because it’s clear the owner and staff have no regard for their customers or their business. This place needs to be SHUT DOWN!!!
Save your money, time, and peace of mind—DO NOT DO business here. They are nothing but crooks! Their low rating of 3 is justified, and I suspect they’ve relied on friends and family to inflate their score.
