“Absolute stellar place, I can't think of a single bad thing I'd ever say about them. Asked about a battery replacement yesterday, they said they'd have to order the battery in, but it would be overnight and asked for a good faith deposit to do so (totally fair, I'd ask the same). I paid the deposit and sure enough got a call the next day it was in. Swung by and dropped off the device, they were done just as fast as they said they would and even stayed open a bit longer to make sure it could get replaced and picked up same day.I'm awful with names, but the guy working who did the replacement, A+ all around. Also whoever handled my inquiry and deposit yesterday, also A+. Absolutely reasonable pricing, fantastic service, I'll 100% use them again if I need it, and definitely recommend without a worry.Thanks team, from a happy OnePlus 7Pro owner with a new battery!”

The associates did wear masks and kept respectful distances. They were friendly, able to multitask sufficiently and patiently answered all my concerns. My sales rep. Was Samantha. She was through with my initial meet to the end of the sale. I recommend her because she was the only one that helped. Shout out to the Store Manager listening and being supportive for both me and her. I will recommend this Tmobile because you are in and out in a reasonable time. Also they do actively listen to your concerns about your account. When I am on this side of town, I will stop by if I have any phone/account concerns.
