“Jessica and Derrick were both really helpful when I came in. I was looking to start a new phone plan with AT&T and came in pretty close to closing on a busy day. Derrick was really helpful, gave great suggestions, and generally a fun conversationalist. Eventually I had wrong information from my old carrier and needed to come back the next day. I worked with Jessica the next day, and she was holding down the fort really well. Apparently Derrick had gone to get more SIM cards, truly a noble quest. Especially because I preferred a physical SIM, the timing was excellent. The process went really smoothly, and I had a wonderful experience overall. Despite the high volumes of customers (back to school at GT), they gave everyone undivided attention and great service!”

“I had a problem with one of my Galaxy 22 phones. I had gone yo another AT&T store and was told to call 611. I was on a call with 611 person who was very helpful but could not solve the problem. I was told to go to an AT&T store. I changed my visit to this store and as I was walking up to Emily and explaining my problem she took the phone and had it up and running quickly. Sean and Emily were great and this will be my AT&T store now.”

Immediately I was acknowledged as soon as I stepped into the store. Friendly smiles greeted me initially Alex had been helping but Paul swooped right in and took over. Three or four customers came in right after me. Small shop but great variety of phones. Lots of "Girly" phone cases which I often complain about not having access to. But they have pink, floral, intricate patterns, nature etc feminine designs. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. Highly recommend them.”

“I went to this man on Sunday in a total frenzy because my iPhone Sim card was not registering or reading T-Mobile could not help me or maybe they didn’t know what to do not only did he have my phone fixed within 20 minutes but he upgraded it, he made sure to make T-Mobile give me an e-aim card in which they did and charged me the bare minimum just to look at it, he is amazing and my phone is a thousand times better then it was , all my pictures and contacts have been erased out the iCloud he got it all back and added a feature where I can have my business line come into the same phone it separates private from business, he’s amazing!”
