It's a process. I am almost at the finish line thank you.
June 3rd 2026 ... I need to add extra income needed to wait a yr. Time up in July then house looking again. Yay.

When too good to be true, is actually true! I came across the program by chance and the more I look at it the more impressed I am. I am currently going through the process and getting all my things together. Very excited for the next steps!
