“I’ve never sold jewelry before, so I was a little nervous about the process. This place was amazing and I decided that it was my one stop shop. I worked with Hugh, he was fantastic very kind and understanding as I was new to the process. I feel that I was given a fair price and really appreciated the great customer service.”

“This company is exceptional. They are upfront, explain terms clearly and offered to repair my ring at an amazing rate after recognizing that I previously had them repair jewelry from years ago. The customer service, knowledge and compassion the staff exhibits made me comfortable knowing my high end item was in good hands. The lady that runs the front office is always so patient and thoughtful. I’ve had a lovely experience dealing with regal and staff. Buckhead’s best kept secret!”

“I’ve been coming here for a few years, and I’ve never been disappointed. Neil and Marc are very knowledgeable about firearms and have always had an answer for any question I’ve had(and other customers) Quinn is the guy to go to for jewelry, always keeps an eye out for customers when a certain brand they’re looking for comes in. Definitely feels like the gold standard for the pawn shop experience you’d want to have.”

“I had a positive experience. I brought in some electronic items some of which were accepted and some were not. I asked why not and the person explained they had no intrinsic value and therefore she was not able to offer $$ for those items. I completely understand that logic and she did accept 2 of the 4 items I brought in. It was worth the trip.”

1708 Howell Mill Road Northwest, Atlanta GA 30318
“Staff is amazing i have been dealing with them about 10 years. Decent variety of items. Now when it comes to negotiating remember this is a for profit business I have been to 60 or more pawn shops this is intermediate level. Know your item the current fair value and current lowest value also the season a 1000 dollar mountain bike is not gonna be worth the 650 its selling for in December. Can't count how many times they kept the party going lol and paid my GA lottery bill.”
