“LexTechs Decatur provide quality and reliable service. They usually are able to quickly diagnose and address the issue. I've gotten premium service, without paying the dealership price. The only thing I don't like is the limited parking when leaving your vehicle and they only provide shuttle services within 5 miles.”
“I came to the shop just to get an idea of when/if I could bring my old truck in to assess damage from another shop. Not planning on getting anything done today as it’s mid afternoon. Someone came to the lot and crawled under the vehicle to check out my problem to see if it’s something they would work on and someone else promptly volunteered to get it on a lift to better assess. Very kind and informative people. Would recommend.”
“I found the attendants to be knowledgeable, very helpful, and particularly cautious when it came to a particular issue they saw under the hood with my battery cable that they were concerned could possibly prevent my service from going smoothly. “Incredible! Beyond grateful I decided to give them a try! Needed help with a headlight replacement that others couldn't manage. I had the bulb and just needed the labor! And they did it quickly and for free! What a huge blessing! They definitely care about their customers. I could just tell that they keep it real and are gonna make sure their customers feel heard and respected! Something that cannot be said for all repair shops!”
