“Publix grocery store always set a high bar when it comes to their deli, their associates and management. I stopped in today to take advantage of their boars, head sub special and Micah my sandwich artist was so pleasant and attentive and made my sandwich that is out of this world. I scrolled over to produce where again I took advantage of their buy one chunky seedless, sliced watermelon and get one free and a bag of their $2.99 cherries the cherries were so sweet and delicious. Yeah I’m one of those that taste the product right there in the store. I don’t know why but I do I guess old habits die hard but they were so good so sweet dark oh my goodness and the watermelon. It’s not the best but you get what you get. It’s the luck of the draw, but it is crunchy and it is refreshing just not as sweet as I’d like upon leaving the cashier that rung me up was a nice pleasant. Spoke to Me greeted me rung me up quick cash me out and I was on my way management met me at the door. Spoke to me when I came in. Spoke to me when I left, and that means a lot. I pray this location, all the success and growth that I feel they will get because of their excellent managers, staff produce and deli. Great job Publix. Great job!!”

“I used the Publix Pharmacy on Glenwood for over ten years. The pharmacy was reorganized using a corporate model. The result was that I had several glitches in receiving refills including receiving notifications of scripts being ready when they were not. I transferred to Young Life a year ago and have received outstanding service. The staff is friendly, professional, helpful, and able to answer questions about medications. I'm very happy to be a customer at Young Life.”

“I was on Round 2 of antibiotics for a miserable and lingering sinus infection. The doctor prescribed a REALLY powerful antibiotic at a dosage that my pharmacy did not have in stock. They ordered the antibiotic, though, and it was to be back in stock by Monday (it was Friday). I was so miserable that I couldn't wait that long to start the meds. My Walgreens helped me find a nearby Walgreens that DID have the medication at the proper dosage. When they couldn't get me the whole week's worth of meds, my Walgreens showed up for me and got me the rest of the medication. I took my last dose today and I feel SO MUCH BETTER! My Walgreens is at 585 DeKalb Industrial Way in Decatur, GA. They are amazing and really a great team of people! I would highly recommend!”

“Was in the area and ran in for a few things. Was greeted by a young man collecting carted from the parking lot as I walked to the store. I was able to recycle a bunch of plastic bags using their green pins located to the right of their front entrance. The store was bright and aisles spacious, restroom was also clean. A few items I needed were on sale "BOGO" which was a great surprise. Mr Joseph was my cashier. He was polite and made easy, brief conversation while he scanned my purchases. Kimberly helped bag my items and told me to have a blessed day as I left. A great experience, as expected, when I shop Publix!”

“Crystal W. is an exceptional Associate at this Walgreens! She's polite, she listens and she works to help Customers get what they came into the Store to get. She always greets me with a smile! I honestly think that Walgreens needs to appreciate their Employees more that go the extra mile and actually focus on the business' mission statement, "to champion the health and wellbeing of every community in America." Crystal exemplifies this, further than most. I've had several unpleasant experiences with some (NOT ALL) of the Pharmacists at this location but it doesn't take away from her dedication and diligence in actually going above and beyond to see that Customers are welcomed and appreciated in this store location. Despite this, I still applaud Crystal because she's the reason that I continue to spend my money at Walgreens. I do hope Walgreens' Executive Management takes note and surveys her on what she thinks needs to be changed, what she thinks that they can do better, how she feels about her role and what they can do to promote. Thank you.
On the other hand, Pharmacist Amanda B. is rude and doesn't care. Her tone is always from an annoyed place and she always looks as if you're bothering her and her customer service is horrible. I've seen other Customers have issues with her (right in front of my face) when I've come for my scripts. She's not reprimanded for her behavior and Walgreens doesn't take these complaints as serious as they need to be taken; the Regional Director said that he'd handle it but turns out I didn't hear any resolve in this and I know several Customers have complained, even before me. (Not acceptable)
However, Pharmacist Andrew is so nice and a pleasure to speak with and doesn't cut you off nor is he rude. He has good "bedside manner" and really seeks to listen and works to respond, appropriately. Thank you.”
“The pharmacist, Shelby, at the Emory Commons Publix is an asset to the department. She is knowledgeable and kind. I look forward to seeing her on future visits. As they used to say in Lakeland, POP. People, our priority.”

“This review is for the BLACK FEMALE PHARMACIST and the TWO MIDDLE-AGED TECHS who have been there for a number of years. It doesn't matter how busy the pharmacist is, she will take time to answer your questions in detail, whether in person or on the phone. She's always pleasant and respectful. The two long time techs are just as congenial. It's a pleasure to deal with them. On the other hand, the black male pharmacist is abrupt, rude, impolite, won't answer simple questions, has no phone manners and has no personality. The newer, younger techs are rude, abrupt and arrogant.”

“I had a nice experience with Joshua today at this Walgreens. I picked up two items that were less expensive with a coupon. Since I'm not proficient with using store apps I told Joshua I'd go ahead and check out without the coupon. He said he'd help me and spent the next few minutes downloading and then teaching me how to use the app for coupons in the future. He was the most patient tech teacher I've experienced in quite a while.”

My photo book order had been cancelled by 3 previous stores because their printer was down or they were out of materials to print it. This location had a working printer but no paper. Instead of turning me away Adra sourced the paper from another store and magically had the book printed and ready for pick up that same day. Adra saved the day, thank you!”
