“I love this store, because, they answer all the questions we ask regarding medication, healthcare, even they are generous with advice on future doctor, wellness, hospital visits. If they don’t have it, they will say so. Best of all, is they answer the phone when you call, I didn’t have to wait and duel with animated systems. Make the menu short and easy, let me talk to someone soon. I feel like it similar to walking into a bakery, and the baker is present, and explains what was made that day. The passion makes them rise.”

Dealing with my new pharmacy manager Optum Rx when my insurance switched from Amerigroup to Georgia Medicaid once I was approved for SSI has been a nightmare for me getting authorization for my medications etc. I also dealt with a lot of stress and disrespect with my old pharmacy. But Rebecca is a breathe of fresh air. She is so knowledgeable,kind,hard working and goes above and beyond for customers. I have no stress if I know she is processing my medications. “Although I have had several minor inconveniences at this pharmacy, they have always been resolved quickly and effectively within a matter of minutes. When insurance has been a pain, they made sure to do the work to make everything right.Martin, Isom, and Cameron especially as such wonderful people. They know mine and my mom’s names and birthdays off the top of their heads, and will spend time talking to us and getting to know us while they are packing our medications. They also always know when we have met our deductibles, and therefore when our medications should not have a cost.Martin has become a good friend of mine and my fiancée’s over the two years we’ve been at Kroger Pharmacy Mountain Park. I would highly recommend him and the others at the pharmacy.”
