“I spoke with GC when I arrived. He was very helpful. It wasn’t busy when I first came in but within a few minutes the phone was ringing and another customer came in and he helped us all quickly and professionally. Returning the truck was fast and simple as well. I did not catch the name of the guys who were there when I dropped it off but again , quick and professional. Cleanest u Haul I’ve rented since being in GA. Would definitely come here again. Giving 4 stars because they didn’t have a dolly available but everything else was on point.”

Tiwannie helped me out so much especially on ways to extend my rental if it didn’t let me on the app. U-Haul let me extend my rental 2 times with zero hassle and accommodated anything I need. John also was very helpful with my first rental and had and has such great customer service.
