“I turned in my rental on Saturday, November 11, 2023, from Charlotte, NC and was instructed to return the rental on Peachtree Road in Atlanta, Ga. The store had just closed, however Randy and Darrell was was very accommodating by accepting my rental, after explaining that I may not have anyone to bring me back to return the truck. Both gentlemen was very nice and professional. I received upscale treatment. Thank you Randy and Darrell.”

“WAS OVER CHARGED, I WENT 12 MILES THEY CHARGED ME FOR 120 MILSE. LOCATION CLOSED EARLY AND THE RETUNING ADMIN WAS NOT THE FRIENDLIEST, I WAS SPEAKING ABOUT THE DISPUTE AND SHE COMPLETELY WALKED OFF. HOWEVER, THE OWNER AS WELL AS THE GENTLEMAN WITH THE LOCKS WERE VERY ACCOMMODATING.”

“I ain gon lie I was frustrated when I walked in I had being trying to get a U-Haul truck since 10:30 through a partner and the 1800 customer service wasn't really helpful. When we walked in JB immediately had a smile on her face and was very pleasant she immediately apologized for the troubles and said no worries she would get me taken care of. Moving in itself is already stressful but I really appreciate JB and the assistant manager for making the in store transaction very smooth. Everyone had great customer service and I really appreciate it.”
