This is the worst experience I ever had in this country the older guy at the register is so irresponsible and ignorant of what his job is and neglecting the people who came there

It's a 50/50 shot at this Shell. You either get the nicest/most helpful cashier or the rudest/most bitter cashier. IF you can't speak English, don't get mad at customers when they're unable to correctly interpret your hand signals and grunting.
