Update: To the UPS reply: I think you missed the point here. You have a responsibility to your customers to ensure your store or franchises under your banner do not gouge your customers. Do better.

Paid extra to get a package delivered to this location and my package is missing. Employees looked for 10 minutes trying to find it, but told me to call corporate to start an investigation claim. Be wary of getting packages delivered to this location for holding.

The item I shipped from this location was stolen from the package. The recipient of the package contacted to tell me there was a small hole in the package, but the paperwork with all my contact information inside was received. Thankfully, they called to let me know they had received the empty package so that I could file a claim.

Dropping off a few items including an Amazon return and had to scan multiple barcodes. Instead of asking to scan the next barcode on my phone, Patrick rudely asked “you wanna give me the item or what”. Usually the people work there are pretty nice but this instance was rude.

The swiftness & kindness was GREAT! I had over 20 packages to send to multiple addresses and the worker was not only patient with me but was also swift & had her ears wide open to make sure every address was correct! I’m really grateful that there wasn’t any rush and all the other workers didn’t seem annoyed by my packages and continued working the other costumers. From what I could see, they all do their best to get everyone who comes in, in and out as quickly, efficiently, and as effortlessly as possible. And I appreciate that.

I was at your store yesterday afternoon. I will say I had a lot of things to return to Amazon, but I did my best to keep it as organized as possible. Apparently the woman working behind the counter either was annoyed I had so much or just was annoyed of my presence in general. Either way, it glaringly showed. If it was not a UPS that I have been going to for 20 years, I would not step one more foot in there when I see her. I felt like I was inconveniencing her by making her work. If I have to wait for the other woman to be available next time, I will. Horrible attitude!

The store itself is convenient and well-equipped. We visited on Saturday, February 10. The lady working there was eating her breakfast at the front counter. She seemed annoyed that we interrupted her. She was surly and brisk with us and other customers. Upon leaving, we asked for the expected delivery date. She replied “didn’t you read the notice before you signed?” We might go to another UPS store in the future but certainly not that one.
