I brought a bag of papers to be shredded with a 5 lbs Free coupon but was told it was a minimum of 10 lbs to use the coupon. I said it says that nowhere on the coupon. I was given the discount but make sure you read the coupons before trying to use them. Otherwise you might be given false info .

I had superior service here, a week before Christmas. Staff was efficient, able to multi task, and served with smiles. Lines moved. They handled a return and packed gifts to be shipped for me. While I waited, others printed labels, made copies and dropped off boxes to be shipped. Great job!

Very nice UPS store, undoubtedly the best in Decatur. A few teams have changed since 2020, but the current team is exceptional. Tori and her team are true professionals who genuinely care about what they are doing.
