“I was surprised at the customer service skills of the staff. They were very professional, and I’m going to say it out loud the area would make you think that the service would be subpar however, I travel around the United States and do a lot of business with rental trucks and I realize this staff had a very professional demeanor not only that they seem to have a good camaraderie amongst their coworkers to which I found very satisfactory my process was simple. I was served with politeness and again I would definitely revisit the Covington Highway location at any time and feel confident I have been treated fairly.”

Small trucks available . Ms.Zhanae made sure I received a small truck which had just been returned and needed to be checked in. Also There was a customer before me who stated he will come back and rent the next day due to no hand truck dollys being available to rent .. Again ..Ms. Zhanae went out to the trucks and was determined to find him a dolly( which she did ) . In the end , both customers were satisfied and she did NOT let her customer walk Away unhappy. AWESOME job candler road !!!!”

Previous customer left behind spoiling junk food in the passenger door along with used cups in the cup holders. To improve customer service just double check the trucks after each rental and make sure it’s clean and ready for the next customer rental
I appreciate that one of the agents told me I had a refund coming for not using all the mileage. That was honorable. Not like some businesses
