Our Sale Associate, Matthew Armour, was incredible friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. He was willing to allow us to view and drive several models without any pressure. I especially appreciated the opportunity to take test drives without the dealership forcing our sales associated to ride with us, allowing us to speak freely during the ride and contemplate the purchase. Upon selecting the vehicle we wanted to purchase, negotiations were quick and fair, and the time it took to complete the purchase was fast and easy. I am not a fan of the car purchasing process due to previous experiences over the years, but the entire Hayes team made this a phenomenal, and even enjoyable, process. “Jesus looked at my air conditioner and diagnosed my car for free, he had no problems taking time out to take care of me. Unfortunately there was extra damage to my car however Ventura repaired my car by the next day! Their customer service is impeccable and they do great work. My AC is working fantastic, they sent me pictures and updated me throughout the process and showed me exactly where the damage was. I would definitely suggest going back, as a matter of fact I am taking one of my clients up there today!”
“Got some of those tires with helium or nitrous. They don't go any faster and I ain't picked em up so they could just be lighter for the guys in the shop. Either way they hooked me up at the shop round back. Great fellows. Can't find that gas nowhere and you came through.”

“Rarely will you find a body shop as courteous and professional. We had a modest fender bender and, after getting all the OKs from the insurance company, took note of two recommendations from people whom we trust...and came to Casey. He could not have been more courteous...and as savvy as they come when dealing with insurance claims. Due to an additional find once the bumper came off (which Casey predicted might be the case), a supplemental communique was sent to the insurance company. No issues so far. We will have to bring the car back to Casey when the part (back ordered) arrives. It will be a pleasure having another experience with Casey and his team.”

“Very honest and friendly. I took my car in to get the alternator replaced, and they informed me it was just a loose battery cable and did not even charge me for their time. Their shop might not be new and fancy but I am very pleased with my experience. They were very respectful to me. They did not treat me like an idiot like some mechanics. It is great to find a honest mechanic!!”

“If I could give this place 10 stars I would. On my way to TN from FL my 2013 Kia Soul broke down on the highway late at night. The state police called them to tow my car. My anxiety was extremly high and when they got to me I knew I was going to be OK. He towed my car to their lot then took me to the hotel I picked for the remainder of the night. After the estimate was approved I had my car back and was back on the road later that afternoon. They even came to my hotel to pick me up and bring me to my car. I really appreciate everyone I had contact with so very much. I was so scared that night being alone, on the side of the road, not familiar where I was, being a female and hearing all the horror stories that happen to us. Then this guy show up and treats me so very well and made sure I was safe. Then to fix my car quickly like that was amazing. They gave me a very fair price. I wish there was something I could do for you all, that is how much I appreciate you! If you ever need a tow or your car fixed THIS IS THE PLACE!!”
“I took my car in for repairs and they fixed what they thought was the problem. However, what they fixed did not solve the issue. I took the car back for what I had explained and thought the issue was and this time they agreed. Under warranty the problem was resolved and then they agreed to refund the cost of the first repair!! I can not say enough about how well Westley Langston listened to me and then reviewed what had happened, and then agreed that I should not be charged for the first repair. 5 stars for Hayes Cheverlot in Alto, GA.”
“I had just bought a vehicle that had lots of issues that I did not know about before buying. Even the Subaru dealership couldn’t/wouldn’t identify the problem for me, instead they told me I needed to replace my whole engine. I brought it here and not only did they find the problem for me but they also told the truth and didn’t try to get more money out of me and told me I did NOT need my engine replaced. I live an hour away and bring my car here just for an oil change because it is definitely worth it. Very good business and would recommend 1000 times over again!”
“If you're looking for an honest, and trustworthy mechanic, Robbie is the guy!!! The other reviews aren't lying and some are as old as 8 years, I think. I waited until my entire interaction with him was complete before making this review! My transmission went out in my Toyota minivan and I was doing some research in order to see what direction I wanted to take. He was my 4th call and was only 11 miles away, out in the country. His price was so reasonable that I knew The Lord had sent him!! He told me where I could get a used transmission, which is not adding onto the price of the transmission, as MOST other shops do!! I ordered it from them and it was there before I knew it! I didn't expect it done quick, as you can't rush perfection. He got her done on a Friday and on the way home, I noticed a sound that was unusual. The next day, I drove it again to confirm the noise and texted him on Saturday (they're closed on the weekends) and he told me to bring it Monday and he'd check it out. When he did, I asked him if he could find the bolt on the suspension (that I left loose), while it was on the rack. HE DID!! THEN, HE REFUSED THE MONEY I TRIED TO GIVE HIM FOR FINDING MY POPPING NOISE!!! I forced some lunch money into his shirt pocket because he wouldn't put his hand out 🤣🤣!!
I almost cried when I left that place with no noises at all!! Like, I pray that he gets everything he and his family ever wanted or needed!! Honestly!!”
