“I am editing my review to warn those who come after me..
I purchased the car with cash, paid for the tax, tag, and title.. as you do. One week before my tep tag expired I was called and informed that they haven't sent my title and such to the tag office because they didn't have the title from the owners before them yet. So I had to go personally file more paperwork with them and the tag office to extend my temp tag. I am now 5 days away from my tag expiring again and have heard nothing from them, tired to call, no answer or call back. Tag office informed me that you can only have a temp tag twice. So in 5 days, my car will be illegal to drive. I still have no mechanical issues with the car but I will never be returning and no longer be suggesting them to anyone due to the fact that I paid the dealers fee and title fee just for me to get screwed in the long run. Note to the public ask if they actually have their paperwork in order before buying the car. This is just ridiculous.”
