Unwilling to go the extra mile to help out a person that is in an obvious aroused mental state. Does not have the desire to try to help figure out a bad situation that a person is in In order for them to get their medication.

Wait time in pharmacy was 2 hours long pharmacy helper was extremely rude about my prescription buy it over the counter told me three times first time there last time poorly ran too have 4 people standing there .
