“I stopped in yesterday morning 02 January 2025 because my 01 Safari awd van has a vibration when driving, which i feared was an axle, differential or driveshaft issue.
A polite young man named Gomez came out from the bay doors and said they could lift my van up and inspect it. I asked him for a worst case scenario after i explained in detail what i was experiencing vibration-wise at speed. He said more than likely it was the diff and could cost a little over a thousand dollars.
Well, after he and another experienced mechanic jacked up my van and spent about 10 minutes rolling around under it, inspecting all areas underneath it while Gomez was in the driver-seat giving gas
At various speed’s, they determined the vibration was something other than the diff, driveshaft or axles, more than likely in frame.
I was very pleased with their thorough inspection and honest opinion. They have integrity at this shop.

“Needed a fuse for my car and verified what I needed was in stock on line. Store was clean and well organized and finding the part was quick and easy. Getting checked out was a little slow as there were a few people ahead of me. Staff was pleasant and helpful and spoke Spanish and English. This is 2nd location I went to for this repair and had pretty much same exact experience overall.”
“My vehicle needed an alignment immediately. I called 7 places before finding Burt Brothers. They were the only shop I found in the area with a lift large enough to work on my shuttle bus.
They were "First come, first serve" so I arrived at 0545 for their opening at 0630. I was first in line and they were quick to get the work done (under an hour).
Workers were extremely friendly and hard working. They informed me that I needed grease on some of the newer parts that were previously installed (from another shop). I was very thankful they pointed this out to me and they fixed the issue.
I would totally recommend anyone getting service done here. Overall a great experience for such a stressful situation on my travels. Thank you for everything!
