“I have visited many Dollar Tree stores in GA, SC and FL. This location is by far the best organized store and having everything I had been looking for. The customer service was above and beyond. This is my new favorite location to shop for Dollar Tree items. It is worth driving the 20 miles from my home.”

“It's a nice store and has stuff you could find in both grocery stores and corner stores, at cheaper prices. The only reason I didn't put all stars is because of there only being a little remaining staff at this store which makes it hard to restock so there might not be everything when you go there or it may be only a little of it. Other than. That I love this store and the staff knows me and my family that lives in this village, we go as often as we can and this store is always the first on our minds!”
“First let me start by saying that I am an avid and some may say dedicated Dollar Tree Shopper/Fan! So I always look for one no matter where I am in the world and rate them in my head as soon as I enter as if they all belong to me and I’m on Undercover Boss or something ?.And, before you ask- yes, it’s that serious because I absolutely love these stores and expect them to exceed my expectations even if I’m just spending $1.25 ?.Lol, in all seriousness I do appreciate them and look forward to shopping them religiously. Every once in a while I come across one that is like the Grand Poobah of them all like this one.I walked in and was blown away at not only how organized and neat it was but how fully stocked it was also. I felt like royalty as if they did it just for me…. Ok, I felt more like a kid in a candy store but you get the gist of what I’m trying to say.Anyhow, they had just about everything I didn’t need (let my family tell it) because let’s face it what store can you get good essentials at a fraction of the price over, and over, and not frequent… Right? Who’s with me? Ok, enough about that. Let’s get to the kicker.As I get up to the counter with a hand basket overflowing with 10 more of the same items I already have at home; there was this friendly, energetic person, also known as the store’s manager working the register with no hesitation, he even had the eagerness to answer questions of those just walking into the store.He was doing more than one job at once and didn’t have one reservation about it. Mind you guys it’s the Christmas season so he was busy, the only cashier, and yet he did it effortlessly with glee. He was a middle-aged African American (I’m horrid with names, but I know descriptions.. ha!) who made me and my money feel appreciated. And if you know me by now, that is essential for me.For that I will pass up others along the way and detour to this particular one anytime! Simply because this place is like Dollar Tree Heaven ? who put this here? They deserve a raise .”
“The workers were very helpful.This one particular cashier went above his duty to help me since,a woman with disabilities who uses a walker, he saw that I needed help and with his assistant he made it possible for an enjoyable shopping experience.The ease of navigation around the store with a walker went smoothly without any obstacles of blockages.Wow can you believe the holiday's is upon us!, the store that I visited started putting out their holidays supplies so please stop by and show your appreciation for these hard working employees who are doing their best to make shopping at Family Dollar a positive experience.Thank You.”

“This is a bigger Dollar Tree outlet among those I visited at Alpharetta, Suwanee, Buckhead, and Hapevile.Lots of choices and varieties. When compared to other outlets where I found few aisles empty, here all aisles were having merchandise.Billing is - as usual at Dollar Tree - fast and easy. Lots of Parking. Few other shops nearby - so you can plan your visit combining other shopping.I didn't had much time to shop. Will visit leadurely later.”
“I think when it comes to Dollar trees it's all about the location. The one off of Sandy plains road in Marietta is a great one yet now I live in Decatur and I have visited the one In Kennesaw off of Cobb Pkwy. Those two are a disaster with boxes and crap everywhere they're definitely looking for a lawsuit it's almost like they're asking for one. Because if anyone falls myself included an attorney will be involved. Regional walkthroughs should enforce safety protocols first and foremost. Most Dollar trees are unorganized and like to throw everything in the baskets at the bottom of the isles. But one thing that bothers me in particular is if your locks for lockers sell so quickly and sell out quickly, why are you not ordering more? Why are you not ordering a surplus if you know you're going to sell out within a day or two of the shipment arrival? That is senseless and keeping them from making money. Like everything else they should have options and should be ordering them in surplus. That's just a dumb move. Clean up the potential lawsuits....it's not a difficult job to manage a dollar tree. Then to change everything to $1.25. And add $5-$10 items is just stupid. Everything is cheaper at Walmart. It's started to look like Walmart for everything for from me from now on. The only reason I come here is to look to see if they have a lock which they never do and to get get gift cards and cheap gift bags or maybe some birthday decor in a specific color. “I just had to pick up a few things and head back to work, I was second in line and the other register opened so I went because she asked for card only, took longer I'm noticing her register is not scanning so she's answering everything again by hand the other register everybody is done I'm still waiting but finally she give me my total just very long wait I just wanted to get in and get out plus she had her phone open on the register while she was checking me out kind of fishy because I'm a lot of these people are stealing from customers in these stores I don't want that to happen to me so just saying”

“The owners are a husband an wife team. They are the kindest, people u could ever meet.The wife has a very infectious smile and personality. They really care and try to please their customers, I wish all the owners of these various businesses here in Stonemountain had owners and employees as nice ,kind and professionally pleasing. “This is one of my favorite Dollar Tree stores. Mel and Alyssa are sweet as can be. Not sure if it was the manager, but I overhead him bad mouthing other employees behind their backs and mentioning he may just quit. Not acceptable behavior to be talking about other employees badly behind their backs and complaining about having to stock the shelves. Likely the reason why the store has a hard time keeping employees. They are short staffed and on a few occasions, the store has been closed during regular business hours.”
“This dollar is one of the bigger stores that carries frozen goods like ice cream, frozen vegetables and slice cheese. It has a snack zone which it an aisle with nothing but potato chips, crackes, candy ,snack cakes and soda. The store well organized and carries a great variety of goods such as toilet paper, home goods, birthday supplies, games, bookes, house goods, personal goods etc. I highly recommend this location for the size of the parking lot and amount of goods they carry.”

“Very well organized location! I was on a hunt for the magnetic bookmarks for an event and found them at this location! Very clean store and the employees definitely build rapport with their customers. One customer insisted on giving my cashier, Deborah a lift home because it was raining on the night that I visited! “So I'm doing DoorDash and I couldn't find an item.So I asked the attendant up front of the cashier and she immediately went back to the aisle that I was in.We looked for it and she and I could not find it.So then she went all the way to the back and she found it for me.I love when people go out of their way to help other people”
“So I stopped at this location on a whim to return an item. I spoke with the shift manager at the time.. Taylor! Taylor didn't hesitate did the refund. Earlier I went by a location in Clarkston, I was told by that shift mgr that he couldn't do the return without the receipt and the general mgr would be in the next day maybe she would be able to handle the return. Again Thank You TAYLOR!!! Right after I ended up purchasing 9$ in toiletries for a family dollar customer. Again Taylor understood the assignment and handled three situation very professionally I am really stressing this point!!”
“All I have to say is treat others how you want to be treated . I can tell this staff works their ahhss off . People tend to forget it’s the community and their children putting things in wrong places and tearing the store up . When I worked at family dollar on Indian creek I wished someone would rush me I wished someone would huff and puff at me . You not about to raise my blood pressure over someone else merchandise that I didn’t even create and not making a profit on . Best patiently wait in line like everyone else . But anyway , it’s always laughs and smiles when I go in there .”
