“Everyone at the store is always kind and professional. They take time to hear about your pets needs and try to find the best solution for you. I came in looking for a brush because my dog had recently started shedding a crazy amount and not only were they able to help me, but one associate, who is also a groomer, was able to discuss the peculiarities of my dog’s breed and offer extra insight into her care. Walking out the door, I thought to myself, “THIS is why I shop at my Hollywood Feed.””
“The very competent assistant Maddy who calmed my overexcited dog and the patient and kind doctor G. made this a very efficient , good meeting for my dog to get his whole set of vaccinations with ease. Great atmosphere. Thank you.”
“I frequent this pet store because they have the highest quality food and friendly staff. Today I dropped a glass bottle in the parking lot which exploded everywhere. “I have been taking my dog Kirby to puppy chastain for a long time and it has always been a stress free experience. The staff is so nice, the cameras are great and they are so responsive when I reach out to see how Kirby is doing. They send pictures ect to make me feel better.

“Woof Gang Grooming was AMAZING! Our chihuahua is tiny but mighty, and nail trims are always a challenge because she can get feisty and try to bite. The team was patient, calm, and so good with her. They did a great job and even sent her home with the cutest bandana that had her name on it. We’ll definitely be coming back!”

“This was my first time in a hollywood feed store, and I tried it because of my vet.I found a great case of food that my puppy loves.I got treats for my older dogs and the gentleman who helped me was very friendly, very helpful and I would definitely go back. They offered another cut and refund and just genuinely seemed to care that our experience wasnt the best. Overall we think this was just a bad day type of thing and we will be back to doguroo. Thanks Katie for the great customer service.I normally don’t write reviews but I feel like I need to warn people. I recently took my dog here for a full grooming service. It took 9 HOURS for them to finish!!!! Her cut was terrible and she is missing one eyebrow. I asked for a schnauzer cut and they didn’t even do that. They didn’t even clip her nails like they said they would.I highly do not recommend coming here.”

“In a world full of uncertainty, Dogphoria has been a euphoria for our household! The pack at Dogphoria haven been amazing at helping us with our dog Sammie. During the crowdstrike glitch, we were stranded and Sammie was boarded at DogPhoria. Panicked about what to do, knowing she would run out of food and she's socially awkward we called them up and explained our situation. They were the calm in our travel storm! The crew was able to help us out, as they do on the day to day, but they were able to ease our fears and extend Sammie's stay. They told us not to worry and that she would get food, scratches, and extra love during this time. We're so thankful for DogPhoria and we know our pup is taken care of. The upgrades to the web-cam has been awesome and we do love seeing the pup caregivers show our "lone wolf" some love. Thanks DogPhoria pack for always taking care of us!”
