“Moving back to GA soon and immediately knew I would be taking all of my girls to see Jill and Dr. Johansen. Jill is an EXCEPTIONAL Vet Tech that has been an integral part of caring for my girls. She is attentive and makes sure my girls are always taken care of and that I have all of my questions answered. Dr. Johansen is an EXCEPTIONAL vet who took my concerns seriously and helped my dogs through very difficult illnesses and scary moments, and helped us through the unexpected loss of another animal. “I received excellent service from Ansley Animal Clinic every time I took my kitties there. Dr. Roton is the best veterinarian I've seen in a very long time. He is knowledgeable, experienced, and caring towards his clients and their furry kids. I trust Dr. Roton completely with the care of my cats. It's not easy to find a great veterinarian, and I have much respect and appreciation for him. He took such great care of my Winona during her battle with cancer.
The whole staff is also simply wonderful at Ansley. They are very nice people, understanding, courteous, and accommodating. They follow up and call you back. Nothing slips thru the cracks.

“Dr Biddlecome is an absolute gem of a person. I went into the appointment in desperation after my 5 year old cat suddenly displayed uncharacteristic aggression to a member of the household. She was not only patient with our concerns and fostered an open environment where we felt comfortable unburdening our concerns but she was gentle in her handling of Franky and offered multiple solutions to try remedying the issue. Thank you for assuaging our anxieties in a situation that had become a bit of a nightmare. I had considered finding another vet closer to where I live in Midtown but after this week's appointment, my loyalty is solidified.”
“We recently had to put our elderly cat Annabelle down at Holcomb Bridge Animal Hospital. Everyone from the receptionist, to the vet techs and especially Dr.Elizabeth Medved made the worst day so much easier for us. Our whole family came to be with Annabelle as she passed. Dr.Medved and Troy our Vet Tech explained everything in detail about what they would do and what we could expect. Dr.Medved was so sensitive and kind while all of us. I’m sure Dr. Medved performs euthanasias all the time but she treated Annabelle and our family with such care and respect that it didn’t feel routine at all.
I can’t say enough about this animal hospital. I never feel like I’m being sold treatments. They always give quotes even if you don’t ask. And they always give options. We have never had a bad experience here.”

“After a long day of being in an ER with Gizmo, one very expensive vet quoted me 6-8k for a bladder stone surgery removal . Dr. Mulupuri gave me a call and discussed in detail the break down for this surgery and even squeezed him in for a late night surgery. The price was significantly less than the very popular ERs around town. He kept in contact with me and answered any and every question that i could think of. 2 weeks later my baby just got his staples removed and is much better! The staff was so friendly and treated gizmo with the utmost care. These are things i worry about but rest assured, the team at Vets 4 Pets are great. Thank you so much for helping my baby.”
“Highly recommend! It’s always tough looking for a new vet to trust when you move somewhere new but Intown Animal Hospital (both locations) has been awesome taking care of my pup! I was nervous about a recent teeth cleaning and small surgical procedure but the staff and Dr. White put me at ease immediately. Dr. White called me before the procedure and right after the procedure providing updates which helped calm my nerves. She also called the day after and a week after just to check in. Fantastic customer service and pet care all around. 5 stars and more if I could give them!”

We were given their name by our mobile Vet, Dr. Christi and Carmelle of Gentle Touch Mobile Vet when we were approaching the time to help our sweet girl, Mitty, gently leave this world. Mitty was 20 years old and we received her urn and paw print today. Dr Christi and Carmelle delivered the packaged items from Heavenly Paws. We sat down and opened each and every item they sent us after they provided Mitty's aftercare. The attention to detail was so reassuring that Mitty was respectfully cared for by Heavenly Paws. We cried, we smiled a little and we felt so touched and reassured by a business we had never actually spoken to. THANK YOU SO MUCH!! You are true angels in a business that has to be difficult. Thank you for treating Mitty with such respect. We will treasure the items you prepared for us and the small fur clipping was a welcome surprise that made us feel of sense of Mitty now being with us. “Took my cat because I was worried about a hematoma in his ear and they were very nice and understanding about my concerns as well as working with him to keep him calm, as he can go off his rocker at the vet. I was worried about the cost as a college student but it was very inexpensive, also due to it being such small hematoma. They were very nice and explained this very well. As far as cost I found it to be very reasonable which is why I chose to goto them.”
