“For the most part it's pretty good. It's safe, quiet, peaceful. But I don't like the issue of my kitchen sink having a backflow so often coming from one of my neighbors. I also think that the valet trash should be only for the residents who wishes to have it , rather than charging everyone. I don't use it nor do I need it. I think it should be just for the people who want to have their trash picked up at their door.....they should be the ones who pays for it.”
