I went to this location to make a payment on my elderly mother's card account. It was due that day. I had cash. They refused the payment. I have encouraged my mother to stop dealing with this company. I will never deal with them if they are that stupid. Who has ever heard of a company that refused to take payment.

They held my check over a year and they still have the money . worst bank ever!!!

Employee's here are awesome and very helpful. 5 stars for them.
Chase as a bank still sucks but these employees at this location the best.
