“When we first entered there was one teller behind the counter with a customer in front of us. When he saw I was holding some papers, he asked if we needed something notarized which we did. He asked us to take a seat and she would be with us in a minute. Sheena Davis had one person in her office and there was one person waiting ahead of us. We were still in an out in under 10 minutes.

“Naomi was so sweet and this other hispanic lady that i didn’t have the chance to know hew name as well but Maggie is a bittersweet person, went in today to close my joined account, could do it, everything went fine but went in to also solve a problem with my mom’s FICO account because since she opened a joined account with her husband she was not being able to have access to her score. We tried to show Maggie the app, she brushed it off and after a while i tried to tell her that the problem was that last time my mom was there she changed my mom’s address to her last residence in brazil, what makes no sense because we been living here for almost 5 years now, she shushed me and talked over me while i was trying to explain and who actually listened to me was the very sweet hispanic lady, well, i guess she should just practice her listening skills”
