“Michaels is a good store for arts, crafts, and DIY supplies. They have a wide selection of materials, seasonal decorations, and project ideas, which makes it easy to find what you need.
The store can feel a little cramped, especially near the seasonal sections, and some aisles get messy during busy times. The staff are friendly and helpful when you can find them. Overall, it’s a solid place to shop for crafts, school projects, or home décor supplies.”
“Since I last visited the store, the check-out process has changed from a tradional cashier to self-checkout stations. Some may assume that the customer service experience is lessened with self-checkout, and with many retailers that may be true. I was very pleasantly surprised that my check-out experience today had the opposite effect. The staff member on duty (unfortunately, I did not get her name. She was able to walk among the three open self-checkout stations, and assist with potential vouchers, help the customer bag tbeir purchases while the customer was still scanning items for purchase, andd possible savings opportunities.
For me today, the Michael's associate verified that self-checkout does not have to mean a lesser customer satisfaction experience.”
