I shopped the store in the beginning of March and tried to contact a store manager who never called me back. I've also tried continously to call the customer service corporation, still no response..is this the way to operate in 2024, not so.

Went looking for a nice dress shirt for my husband, who is 6'5, and in their Big and Tall section, we found it. A little pricey, just under 100.00. I believe it was the Shaq label. It was just a plain white dress shirt with one pocket and had a nice collar.

Worst experience of my life! Jcpenney salon over processed my hair! The woman still works there. She told me I had a pretty neck and would never of known how pretty my neck was if all my hair didn't fall out. I went to a professional so that this would not happen. I already spent over $1600 in wigs. My hair is a inch long now. I will be dealing with this for the next 2-3 years waiting for my hair to grow back.
