“Stopped in for the weekly grocery run and left satisfied with both the selection and service. Produce section was well stocked and looked fresh, no wilted greens or bruised fruit hiding in the bins like you sometimes find at other chains. Prices are competitive, and the weekly sales flyer actually had a few items I regularly buy marked down noticeably. Staff at the deli counter were friendly and didn't rush through my order even though there was a small line forming behind me. Checkout lines moved at a decent pace, mix of self-checkout and staffed registers kept things efficient. Store itself was clean and well-organized, aisles clearly labeled so finding specific items didn't take much wandering around. Only complaint is the parking lot could use better lighting for evening visits, felt a little dim walking back to the car after dark. Solid, dependable grocery store overall, nothing flashy but it consistently gets the basics right.”

“My pregnant wife and I visited Publix to get a pub sub and just like usual it started to get crowded, but Bryan was masterful at helping someone who appeared to be new at the job but also catering to our needs . “On 1/20/2026, I met the most amazing pharmacist, very professional and noble with a warm heart, Dr Nordonette and her team. My entire family was sick with influenza and needed tamiflu to be filled. Her quick response to fill medications for 5 family members was just mind blowing when I was told by a different retail pharmacy around the block it will take 2 days. I'm a medical provider myself and understand how busy the field can be, but to go the extra mile and show empathy to a patient means alot. God bless you and wish you and your team the very best!!! “If it wasn't for Justin who was working the Self Check-Out lane, I would have never gotten to the end to pay for my groceries. It was not the User's fault as the POS & scale kept acting up on me. A few times over I would scan yet it wouldn't ring the product up & living by the Merit System, I/the POS had to illuminate the light for help. I have never seen a young person with such patience. Another note of satisfaction was my surprise to see the bountiful inventory of Vegan items, especially in this area. No dig as south Douglassville is not a Plant-Based city, more for the BBQ & such. I'm glad I helped myself to a large quantity of Daiya's new Burritos, as a meat-eater family member tried one & then ate another - where's the foodie respect? :-) The store is massive & well organized. Back to Self Check-Out, there's seem to be a floating employee in the near as a backup which definetly keeps the line moving.”
