“My pregnant wife and I visited Publix to get a pub sub and just like usual it started to get crowded, but Bryan was masterful at helping someone who appeared to be new at the job but also catering to our needs . As we sit here and eat our subs we can confidently say it’s the best it’s ever been made. Thank you so much, Brian! Happy wife happy life ?”

“All my adult life I've heard that Publix is the most expensive grocery store to purchase from. I have recently found that statement to be false but not only is it comparable it's also cleaner and fresh food is fresher!”

“I cannot say enough great things about Dee one of the pharmacist! I normallly go to the Smyrna location but I had to drive from north canton to douglasville today which was an hour & half drive. I arrived at the pharmacy at around 850 in the morning & she got there to open the pharmacy at 9. My rx had been sent to the Smyrna location but she worked it out so I could have it filled there in douglasville. She was so kind & d&b should be very proud to have her as a pharmacist there. I highly recommend d&b pharmacy! Thank You again for your compassion & kindness!!!”

“The woman at the door had a huge line that was backed up past the cash registers. Management stepped in to help. Once she got the line cleared, it was right back to being backed up as soon as she left. Also, I attempted to purchase ear buds. I have the manager to card to pull the ones I purchased. When she returned, she said they were not in stock because they had been discontinued. But no one thought to pull the cards so people wouldn't purchase them. And still, out of all that confusion, everyone still maintained a pleasant attitude. That's really helps when dealing with the craziness.”

“This is the cleanest Walgreens I’ve been in since moving from Texas. The items were stocked nice and in order. I actually took my time looking around for the things I needed, because the store was so clean. I appreciate the employees for taking care of their store for customers like myself. Ms. Meredith was definitely a sweetheart.”

“On 1/20/2026, I met the most amazing pharmacist, very professional and noble with a warm heart, Dr Nordonette and her team. My entire family was sick with influenza and needed tamiflu to be filled. Her quick response to fill medications for 5 family members was just mind blowing when I was told by a different retail pharmacy around the block it will take 2 days. I'm a medical provider myself and understand how busy the field can be, but to go the extra mile and show empathy to a patient means alot. God bless you and wish you and your team the very best!!! “Mrs Tyra is Walgreens on Fairburn Rd is an absolute SAINT! I sent 8 8x10 and 4 16x20 prints to her store. She didn't have the supplies so she called different stores around the area to find someone that had the supplies to complete my order. I truly appreciate her going above and beyond for me the way she did. She truly is an asset to your company!!”

“Thank you Laura for transferring my prescription to your location. I truly appreciate you! Fantastic customer service. Great price too. Dealing with the Kaiser pharmacy was horrible. I highly recommend the Kroger pharmacy on hwy 5 for their commitment and teamwork. I didn't get the cashier's name but she was friendly and expedient. Overall they took good care of me in my time of need when I had to depend on others to get feeling better. These are the best kind of people at what they do for the community and they deserve recognition and praise!”

“If it wasn't for Justin who was working the Self Check-Out lane, I would have never gotten to the end to pay for my groceries. It was not the User's fault as the POS & scale kept acting up on me. A few times over I would scan yet it wouldn't ring the product up & living by the Merit System, I/the POS had to illuminate the light for help. I have never seen a young person with such patience. Another note of satisfaction was my surprise to see the bountiful inventory of Vegan items, especially in this area. No dig as south Douglassville is not a Plant-Based city, more for the BBQ & such. I'm glad I helped myself to a large quantity of Daiya's new Burritos, as a meat-eater family member tried one & then ate another - where's the foodie respect? :-) The store is massive & well organized. Back to Self Check-Out, there's seem to be a floating employee in the near as a backup which definetly keeps the line moving.”

“Kroger to Kroger rating. Thing is, in other states this would be a 2. But here in northern Georgia, it's a 4. Room to move in some areas, but coming off as claustrophobic in most of the store. Clean. Well stocked. Check out is area is leaps and bounds above most other Kroger check outs in the area. Self check out helper was greeting, chatting and thanking everyone for coming in. Liked the personal touch.”

He is actually helped with an issue that was overlooked by another Sam’s location. I would recommend anyone to work directly with him at this location.”

“I went to the pharmacy to pick up my scripts, and I inquired about some of the vaccines they have there..the sweet lady that gave me my THREE shots was amazing!!! Her name is Antoinette and she has the best personality and I never felt anything as she was giving my shots! She is AMAZING! The pharmacist named Blaize is very knowledgeable and kind also!”
