The customer service representative was so helpful and so very courteous. Not only did she redo my return so that I didn’t have to go to Staples, but she also helped me re-package another return that had to go out of the country. She could have easily said that I needed to process my return at Staples and sent me to the post office for the other package. Employee’s like Janice are good for business and so refreshing in this day of declining good customer service. I will always use this UPS store at 7421 Douglas Blvd, and pray Janice is on duty when I get there!

This store constantly closes before closing time. Literally locks the door 10 minutes before closing. Is this proper practice UPS?

Whenever I go to ups store here in Douglasville they are always friendly and polite. The young black man. He is the best customer service I have been. Please keep him here in Douglasville and raise.

Lady was rude to me. Black Caribbean lady. Said good morning to everyone else, I get a yes. She was sweet to a White man behind me, said Good morning, called him her friend even as I stood in front of him. When it’s my turn she gives me a “Yes”. Then I’m politely asking if she would be able to tape my box, she interrupts me. If seeing a man who looks like me bothers you or alters how you will treat people, please quit.

Their window clearly says -Scanning , Faxing...but when we approached the desk and asked if they could scan...the UPS employee rudely expressed that they did not scan or fax.
No sorry we don't do that anymore or apology for having incorrect signage.
Just rude attitude!
Won't be back to this location for anything in the future.

I’ve been frequenting this location for over 4 yrs now. This location has always had server or internet connectivity issues which impedes speed of service. Also it’s very hot in the location due to the Air Conditioning not working. This isn’t far to customers or the team members, however there is a new Manager there that will correct these issues. The customer service is great in spite the challenges I noted above.
